Yes, both PowerPoint presentation and the student paper copy which includes a written test can be shipped.

03. How can I cancel or change my order?

If order is set, the fee for cancelling 14-8 days prior to set date is 40% of the agreed price,

If order is set, the fee for cancelling less than 7 days prior to set date is 80% of the agreed price,

other expenses as tickets and such are charged with 115% of actual cost.

04. How can I return a product?

Within 30 days you will be refunded 85% of product cost.

Returns must be shipped to the office which shipped the products, shipping is on your own expense.

05. How long will it take to get my package?

Different in different countrys, Maximum 10 working days is general for standard shipping.
